The meal that was cooked on the raft was a leg of pheasant with
potato and two vegetables, accompanied by dessert of fresh fruit set in
jelly with custard. This was served with fresh coffee.
It is a very stressful judging event for the team members that bring the
food ashore and these photographs show a few of those stressful times.
